Meet Our Team: The People Who Perform Your Qurbani in Pakistan
Behind every Qurbani for Unity order is a team of people in Pakistan who make it happen. They are the ones who feed the animals in the months before Eid. They are the ones who say Bismillah on the day. They are the ones who print your name on the bag and hand it to the family at the door.
You deserve to know them. Not by names and faces, though we hope to share more of that through our social media and YouTube content, but by what they do and why they do it.
The Farm Team
Our farm team is responsible for the day-to-day care of all animals at our Pakistan facility. They are the people who ensure every animal is fed, watered, and healthy in the months leading up to Eid al-Adha. They conduct health checks, monitor animal development, and assign animals to order tiers based on quality and size.
For many of our farm team members, this work carries a personal meaning. They understand that the animals in their care will fulfil the Qurbani obligations of Muslims living thousands of miles away who have trusted them with something sacred. They take that responsibility seriously.
The Slaughter Team
Our slaughter team is composed of adult Muslim men who are trained in the correct Islamic method of dhabihah. They perform every sacrifice individually, saying Bismillah Allahu Akbar for each animal, ensuring the animal faces the qiblah, and performing the cut in a single decisive motion.
This is their Eid day. While Muslims around the world celebrate with family, our slaughter team is at work from after Fajr prayer, fulfilling Qurbani obligations for customers in New York, London, Toronto, Sydney, and dozens of other cities. They do this knowing that every sacrifice they perform is an Ibadah both for the customer and, in its own way, for themselves.
The Distribution Team
After slaughter and processing, our distribution team takes the packaged meat to the families on our distribution list. For orders with Named Distribution Bags, they carry bags printed with customer names from abroad. They hand those bags to families, photograph the moment, and send those photographs back to customers within 48 hours.
The distribution team often describes the reaction of recipient families as the most meaningful part of their day. A family receiving a bag that says ‘Qurbani from Muhammad Ali Khan, Chicago’ responds with a depth of gratitude that photographs can only partially capture.
Our Commitment to the Team
We believe that the people who perform your Ibadah deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Our team members are fairly compensated, provided with appropriate facilities, and supported in their own Eid celebrations. A team that is treated well performs their work well. Your Qurbani benefits from that.

| Are all team members Muslim? Yes. All slaughter is performed exclusively by adult Muslim men. Our farm team includes both Muslim and non-Muslim staff, but no non-Muslim participates in the actual act of slaughter. |
| How many Qurbanis does your team perform per Eid? We do not publish exact order volumes, but our team is sized and trained to handle the full volume of orders placed through our platform within the valid Qurbani window. We scale our team capacity ahead of the Eid season based on projected order volumes. |
