Refund Policy
At Qurbani for Unity, we understand the importance of trust when you book your Qurbani with us, and we aim to provide clarity and fairness in our refund process. Customers may request a full refund up to 14 days before Eid al-Adha, as long as the Qurbani process has not yet begun. During this period, your booking is fully protected, and cancellations can be processed without any deductions.
Once the booking enters the preparation phase, which typically begins within 7 days before Eid al-Adha, refunds are no longer possible. This is because animals are allocated, prepared, and reserved specifically for your order, and the process cannot be reversed. By this stage, costs have already been incurred in animal care, logistics, and operational preparation.
If a customer has selected additional services such as video proof, named distribution bags, or physical certificates, these add-ons are also subject to the same refund timeline. If cancellation occurs before the allowed period, the full amount including add-ons will be refunded. After the cutoff period, these services are considered confirmed and non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that Qurbani cannot be performed due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will either arrange an alternative equivalent sacrifice or issue a full refund at our discretion. Our goal is always to ensure that your obligation is fulfilled correctly and with complete transparency.
Refund requests must be submitted through our official contact channels, including email or WhatsApp, along with your order number and details. Once approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take a few business days depending on your payment provider.
