The weight tier indicates the live weight of the cow your share comes from. Economy tier is 180 to 220kg live weight, yielding approximately 15 to 18kg of distributed meat per share. Standard tier is 220 to 280kg, yielding 18 to 24kg per share. Premium Gold tier is 280kg and above, yielding 24kg and above per share. The heavier the cow, the more meat each of the seven shareholders receives.
